The FJ-1 rotor welgh feeder system Is a new generation of coal powder feed measuring equlpment deslgned and manufactured by our company for the speclal purpose of measuring the coal powder in the cooler and the pre heater of the burning system. Drawing on the advanced technologies of the similar overseas products while poying speclal ottention to the particular working conditions of the rapld flow abllity of coal powder and the relatively high positve pressure ot the draln hole, our company developed this new system featured by Its advanced theory,compact structure, smaller space occupation, accurate feed measuring, alrproof quallity and easy malntenance.

FJI1 rotor weigh feeder system Is composed of four parts, namely. a four-layer feed machine. an Annular Balance Welgher。a FK feed pump and an auto-contol system. Its main features are:

1、The four-layer feed machine ensures the continuance, stabllation and uniformity of the feed of coal powder and provents them from gotting together in to block or turn into flushing.

2. The high precision Annular Balance Welgher as the measuring equipment ensures the accuracy of measurement and the llty of operation. There will not be zer0 drilt error of the welghing instument caused by environment factors like alr current or blank Impact force.

3. The FK sCrew pump。patent of our company, with Its varlable pltch screw. creates a double Insurance of sldlng composed of seal in motion and blow down check valve. This enables an effectfive feed process under relatively high alr pressure and at the same time ensures rellable alr locking. guaranteeing the preclsion of feed measuring by proventing the alr from intruding into the rotor woelgh.
