DEL/DEM定量给料机是我公司引进消化德国申克(SCHENCK)公司技术，并在成都水泥工业设计研究院大力支持下推出的新一代的动态计量设备，其主要部件如减速机、变频器、传感器、微机控制仪均系德国原装进口。整机技术指标优于国内同类产品，是建材、冶金、电力、化工等行业用于粉状、散粒装、块状物料的理想配料计量设备。主要技术性能参数如下：

● 计量误差：≤±0.5%

● 给料能力：1～1000t/h

● 给料调节范围： 1：10

● 使用环境温度：仪表-30～50℃ 秤体-30～50℃

● 相对湿度：≤90%

● 电源：微机部分220V±10% 50HZ

● 驱动部分：380V±10% 5D

● 功率：≤1.5KW

By Introduclng and ullzing technologles of Germany SCHENCK Company and with great support from Chengdu Insttute for Cement Industry Design and Research,the Group developed a new generatlon of dynamlc metering equlpment, DEL/DEM Ration Feedlng Machine, the maln components of whlch, namely, speedreducer, frequency Inverter, sense organ and Microcomputer controller, are imported from Germany with original packaging. The technlcal Inalcationof the complete machine is superior to that of domestlc products. The equipment is an ideal cholce ftor powdery materlal, non coherent materlal and lump materlal feeding which may cover bullding material, metallurgical, electic power and chemical induties.
