适用条件：适用于所有辊压机机械运动部件由于使用时间较长，在运行中和拆卸维护中受损或自然磨损的待修复工件，离线修复可以更好实现对修复件的全面检测、其修复质量及使用寿命均可以得到较好的保证。
服务对象：辊压机辊面磨损、轴端头拆卸性损伤、立磨磨辊及磨盘磨损。
立磨修复：
立磨是依靠磨盘、磨辊之间的挤压、研磨运动实现粉碎物料的功能。
生产中的物料主要是石灰石、煤矸石、矿渣、钢渣、水渣、煤等。
长时间运行后，由于物料对磨盘、磨辊不断的磨蚀，导致磨盘和磨辊之间的研磨面结合曲线偏离，其有效研磨面积减小，设备挤压效率大幅下降。耗电量增加：同时运行时震动值增大，导致液压系统、传动系统和电机的负荷不稳定，严重时甚至会造成立磨不能启动。
离线修复：
一般情况下，矿渣立磨、生料立磨、制煤立磨的磨盘及衬块，多采用在线修复，可以实现多台焊机同时作业，提高施工效率。对于磨辊，如果焊补工作量不大，或者时间紧张，可以采用在线修复，可以采用在线修复：如果条件允许，采用离线修复可以更好地保证修复品质。

Vertical mill repair:
Vertical mill relies on the extrusion and grinding movement between grinding plate and roller to achieve the function of crushing materials.
The main materials in production are limestone, coal gangue, slag, steel slag, water slag, coal, etc.
After a long time of operation, due to the continuous erosion of the material on the grinding plate and roller, the combination curve of the grinding surface between the grinding plate and roller deviates, the effective grinding area decreases, and the extrusion efficiency of the equipment decreases greatly. Increase of power consumption: at the same time, the vibration value increases, which leads to the unstable load of hydraulic system, transmission system and motor, and even causes the vertical mill not to start.
Offline repair:
In general, the grinding plate and lining block of slag vertical mill, raw meal vertical mill and coal vertical mill are mostly repaired online, which can realize the simultaneous operation of multiple welding machines and improve the construction efficiency. For grinding roller, if the amount of welding work is small or the time is short, online repair can be used; if conditions permit, offline repair can better ensure the repair quality.
适用工况：多用于应急性局部补焊修复。
因其在线大修堆焊无法满足加热保温等一系列焊接工艺要求，并会使焊接残余应力在辊体内部不断聚集而无法消除，且现场检测手段受限，使辊体及堆焊部位存大较大的开裂及剥落的风险。
Applicable condition: mainly used for local repair welding repair.
Because the on-line repair surfacing can not meet a series of welding process requirements such as heating and heat preservation, and the welding residual stress will continue to accumulate in the roller body and cannot be eliminated, and the on-site detection method is limited, so there is a large risk of cracking and spalling in the roller body and surfacing parts.
